What we learned shipping content across six platforms with AI in the loop
We ran 500+ posts through an AI-assisted distribution workflow across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn. Here is what moved the needle.

The setup
For 90 days we shipped daily across six channels using AI to draft platform-native captions, hooks, and hashtags from a single source post.
What worked
- Tight hook libraries per platform beat generic AI captions every time.
- Posting cadence mattered more than caption quality on short-form video.
- Reusing the same source asset across platforms did not hurt reach, as long as captions were tailored.
What did not work
Letting AI choose the posting time without platform context produced worse results than a fixed weekly schedule.
