Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 June 2026
1. The service
BuzzExtra is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you manage multiple short-form video brands and publish to connected TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for everything published through it, and for the social accounts you connect to it. Keep your credentials secure.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use BuzzExtra to violate the terms of any connected platform, or any applicable law. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts, projects, or content.
4. Content ownership
You retain ownership of all videos and content you upload. By uploading you grant BuzzExtra the limited permission needed to host, process, and publish that content to the destinations you choose.
5. Third-party platforms
BuzzExtra integrates with TikTok, YouTube (Google), Instagram and Facebook (Meta) via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective Terms of Service.
6. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, depending on the plan you choose) at the rate in effect at the time of renewal. You authorise BuzzExtra and its payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You can change plans or cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
7. Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day refund window from the date of your first paid charge for any annual plan. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time and remain active until the end of the paid period. To request a refund, contact us through the contact form with the topic "Billing & Subscription".
8. Termination
You may stop using BuzzExtra and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or expose BuzzExtra or its users to legal or platform-policy risk. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy. On termination we remove your account and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
