Terms of Service

BuzzExtra is a software-as-a-service platform that lets you manage multiple short-form video brands and publish to connected TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn accounts.

You are responsible for your BuzzExtra account, for everything published through it, and for the social accounts you connect. You may connect and publish only to accounts, Pages, channels, boards and profiles that you own or are authorised to manage. Keep your credentials secure and review each post's destination, content and publishing settings before you authorise it.

Do not use BuzzExtra to violate a connected platform's terms, developer policies or community rules, or any applicable law. Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised content, and do not attempt to access other users' accounts, projects or content.

You retain ownership of videos, images, captions and other content you upload. You confirm that you own that content or have all rights, licences and permissions needed to use and publish it.

By submitting content, you grant BuzzExtra only the limited permission needed to host, process, adapt to the selected platform's technical requirements, and publish it to the destinations you choose.

You remain responsible for the content and each publishing instruction.

BuzzExtra integrates with third-party platforms through their APIs, but those platforms are not operated by BuzzExtra.

Your use of a connected account remains governed by the applicable platform terms and policies: YouTube Terms of Service, TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, Facebook Terms, Instagram Terms of Use, Pinterest Terms of Service, and the LinkedIn User Agreement.

By using BuzzExtra's YouTube integration, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You authorise BuzzExtra to use the access you approve only to connect the selected account and carry out the publishing and account-display actions you request.

A platform may change, restrict or withdraw its API or your access at any time. You can disconnect a platform from BuzzExtra; see our Privacy Policy for access, storage, revocation and deletion details.

Publishing risk and account restrictions

You publish videos and other content created, supplied or edited through BuzzExtra at your own risk, whether you publish manually or authorise BuzzExtra to publish for you. You are responsible for reviewing the content and ensuring that your use complies with the destination platform’s current rules, including copyright, AI-content disclosure and monetisation requirements.

BuzzExtra does not guarantee that any platform will accept, recommend or monetise your content, or that your account will remain unrestricted. Platforms make their own moderation and enforcement decisions, which may include removing content, issuing strikes, limiting reach, removing monetisation, suspending accounts or permanently banning them.

BuzzExtra is not responsible for those actions or resulting losses where they arise from your breach of platform rules or your publishing decisions and are not caused by BuzzExtra’s breach of these Terms or negligence. This does not exclude responsibility for our own breach or negligence, or affect your statutory rights.

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the price shown for your plan unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorise BuzzExtra and its payment processor to charge your payment method for each renewal. You may cancel at any time from your account.

Cancellation prevents future renewals. Unless you ask us to stop sooner, your subscription remains available until the end of the period already paid for.

If you ask us to stop immediately, we will stop future content generation and scheduled publishing as soon as reasonably practicable, but stopping early does not by itself create a right to a refund. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

BuzzExtra begins providing its service and creating digital content when your paid subscription is activated. Nothing in these Terms limits any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right after supply has begun, we may deduct a reasonable and proportionate amount for the services and digital content supplied up to the time you cancel.

This may include videos generated for your account, brand banners, avatars and other brand assets created, and publishing activity already completed. Generated videos will be calculated using the applicable per-video rate displayed for your plan when you purchased it.

Any other deduction will use a value or calculation disclosed before purchase, and total deductions will never exceed the amount paid for the affected billing period.

After any applicable statutory cancellation period has expired, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unused allowances or a voluntary request to stop the service early. Cancellation will still prevent the next renewal.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights where services or digital content are faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. To contact us about a cancellation or refund, use the contact form and select “Billing & Subscription”.

You may stop using BuzzExtra and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or expose BuzzExtra or its users to legal or platform-policy risk.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy. On termination we remove your account and associated data in line with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
